Best student in each course
Find the top-scoring student of every course with a window function.

The task
For each course, show the student with the highest score: the course title, the student's name and the score.
Join all three tables. Sort the result by course title.
Tip: a window function such as ROW_NUMBER() OVER (PARTITION BY ... ORDER BY ...) numbers the rows inside each course.
